Great Northern Corporation Acquires Creative Carton

APPLETON, Wis., March 7, 2008—Great Northern Corporation today acquired the assets of Creative Carton, located in Minneapolis. Specific terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Creative Carton employs 170 people in two locations in Brooklyn Park, Minn.  Since its founding in 1976, Creative Carton has steadily grown through the design and manufacturing of corrugated boxes, POP displays and specialty packaging. The company has a full complement of converting equipment and has leveraged technology to become recognized for superior service, reliability and innovation.
