POSITION SUMMARY

Temporary part-time position to help the Customer Service Department with order processing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING.  OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  1. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent of a diploma.
  2. Excellent interpersonal written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
  3. Ability to perform mathematical calculations involving adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing fractions, decimals, and percentages.
  4. Ability to plan, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks.
  5. Ability to operate computer.
  6. Ability to solve problems and make adjustments regarding process and product using logical thinking.
  7. Ability to deal with deadline pressures.
  8. Maintain the integrity of highly confidential business information.
  9. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  10. Meet deadlines that change frequently.
