StrataGraph has immediate openings for Entry Level Packaging Technician Laminator. This position is responsible for packing product at the end of production equipment and ensuring product meets customer expectations. The beginning pay rate for entry level is $14.50 per hour. StrataGraph also offers opportunity to learn and develop to assistant operator and operator positions with greater earning potential.
- Reads and understands job jackets.
- Assists with make-ready functions at standard allowed times.
- Take off, boxes, and stacks folded and glued products.
- Assures that labels are correct applied properly.
- Performs quality checks throughout the run.
- Keeps accurate counts per skid and on job overall
- Monitors quality at all times.
- Assists with machine clean-up.
- Other duties as assigned.

B shift-12s fixed shift 6am-6pm 2-2-3 schedule
C shift-12s fixed shift 6pm-6am 2-2-3 schedule
D shift-12s fixed shift 6pm-6am 2-2-3 schedule
*C shift Finishing-12s fixed shift 6pm-6am Monday-Thursday

Candidates for these positions need to be self-managed, proactive, and able to interact well with other team members. Individuals who are continuing their education and are looking for temporary summer employment may apply for summer help working between May and September. These employees will not be allowed to become permanent employees unless they are selected through the normal hiring process at the end of summer.
All summer help must be 18 years of age at time of start date. They will be subject to all work and safety rules and be required to complete pre-employment testing. They must be available and open to work any position and shift needed by plant management.

Once all applications have been reviewed, those selected for an interview will be contacted to schedule a date and time. Selection will be based on the best interest of the business. Summer help will be paid $14/hour and will not accrue seniority.
