Health Assessments and On-Site Medical Staff

Our Wellness Initiative is one of four key elements of the overall corporate effort to better Engage Employees through a positive employee experience. Among the  positive results we’ve achieved are:

  • Our annual Health Risk Assessment results indicate that participants are making healthier choices to improve their lives which in turn reduces their health care premiums. For those wanting to make good choices about nutrition, exercise, and preventative care multiple programs are available to coach employees to make better, healthier decisions.
  • At a number of locations on-site nurses are available to see employees in need of medical advice and consultation. Some sites have an on-site clinic or Near-site clinics for more in-depth medical help.
