Transparent Pay
- Production positions staring at $28.08/hour
- Summer Help positions starting at $22.10/hour
- Maintenance positions starting at $35.70-$40.59/hour
Rotating Weekly Schedule
There are a variety of schedules to choose from.
Production has a rotating 8-hour schedule: Rotating weekly from 3rd shift, to 2nd shift, to 1st shift. There is also a 12-hour schedule where you work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours. It is a 3 days on, 3 days off rotation (Straight days or nights).
Maintenance schedule is fixed 2-2-3 Days or Nights.

Great Northern continually invests in upgrading or purchasing new, high-speed manufacturing equipment to maximize and increase capacity in all of their manufacturing facilities. Advancement opportunities are available at our facilities and new skill and knowledge training are offered that can be applied to grow into new positions with higher pay.
Health and Wellness Center
At Great Northern we take care of our team members and provide on-site primary care, TeleHealth appointments, and physical therapy free of charge for all team members, spouses, and dependents. All of this is in addition to our on-site nurse that can be used by our team members. This partnership is through Thedacare and all the providers are Thedacare providers.
