- 2-2-3 Fixed Days 6am-6pm
- 2-2-3 Fixed Nights 6pm-6am
- M-Th Fixed Nights 6pm-6am

Flexible Overtime Schedule
- Flexible overtime opportunities when available and/or needed
- We make every effort to limit required overtime and give plenty of notice when/if it is required
Time Off & Holidays
- Paid time off at the time of hire with 11 paid holidays
- Vacation is eligible in increments of 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, or 12 hours based on working schedule.
- Ability to give and/or trade shifts with other team members

Retirement Testimonial
After two decades of dedicated service at Great Northern Packaging’s Oshkosh location, Joe Youngbauer has retired. Throughout his career, Joe played a key role in the finishing department, working closely with the press and laminator machines. For the first 15 years, he also trained team members, especially Operators, helping to build a strong, skilled workforce.

Health and Wellness Center
At Great Northern, we take care of our team members and provide a near-site clinic free of charge for all team members, spouses, and dependents. This is in addition to our on-site nurse that can be used by our team members. This partnership is through ThedaCare.
